We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has relevant restaurant experience, works well independently, and consistently prepares menu items to order while maintaining quality and speed. This is a full-time, onsite position in Beaver Dam, and reliability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to order following established recipes and standards.
- Set up and break down workstations efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Assist with inventory, prep work, and restocking as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has relevant restaurant experience, works well independently, and consistently prepares menu items to order while maintaining quality and speed. This is a full-time, onsite position in Beaver Dam, and reliability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, chop, slice, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients according to recipes and prep lists.
- Prepare sauces, dressings, marinades, and other kitchen staples.
- Label, date, and correctly store food items following food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, walk-ins, and storage areas.
- Assist line cooks and chefs with basic food preparation as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Take out trash and recycling and help with dishwashing when necessary.
- Notify kitchen management of low inventory or quality concerns.
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or commercial kitchen experience required.
- Ability to follow recipes and prep instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (or willingness to learn).

$8-$10 plus tips
- Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provide information to help food and beverage selections.
- Present ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Prepare room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
- Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Help patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef's specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions.
- Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices and identifying special dietary needs and requests.
- Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
- Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining progress.
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Conclude dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant and inviting patrons to return.
- Obtain revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills to host, and returning change or credit card slips to patrons.
